Santa Maria 24 – Luxury Apartments is an historic building in the heart of the old town of Monopoli and it offers 8 different apartments: n. 4 luxury mini apartment, 1 luxury apartment and 3 extra luxury apartments with sea view.

Each apartment has: daily cleaning service, daily towels change, linen change every 3 day, toiletries (one-way slippers, soap, shampoo, bubble bath, body, lotion, shower caps, shaving kit, sewing kit), towel service (face, shower, bidet, toweling robe, shower mat), free Wi-Fi, safe, satellite flat-screen TV, direct telephone, clothesline and clips, kitchen equipped with fridge, dish, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, coffee machin, eletric orangejuicer and teakettle.

The reception is situated in the cafè Ncuore24 Bar â Vin, just in front of the historic building, and it is here that a buffet breakfast full of Apulian food is served every morning. The Ncuore24 Bar â Vin is open every day, all day long, for aperitifs, light lunches and soft dinners. We are passionate about our territory and willing to discover new tastes. We daily organize for our guests cooking classes, special aperitifs, tasting of apulian cheese, of apulian wine, of apulian oil, and much more. Santa Maria 24 – Luxury Apartments is constantly growing in order to give more and more to its guests. Very soon, for the next year, we are going to add 4 new luxury apartments and also beautiful Ncuore24 Wellness Spa.
