ACCOMMODATION
It was the year 1790 when the estate was founded by the Benedictine nuns of the St. Joseph of Monopoli. The passing of time has not changed the historical structure of the estate which, although modernized, have preserved the village and the unforgettable charm of that distant eighteenth century. Is possible to stay inside the Trulli Village or in that of the Masserias. Tenuta Monacelle offers 7 magnificent trulli, conical dry-stone buildings, all furnished in epoch style and 6 farms, each one with its own distinctive features that are inspired by nature and its elements.
SERVICES
Every room is furnished in a personal way and it creates an elegant and welcoming atmosphere in the Tenuta’s exclusive style. Trulli have a private bathroom and have a minibar and telephone. In some there is also air-conditioned. Each of the six farms that are located in the estate is equipped with rooms tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, in different sizes, and for the possibility of adding a third bed or the presence of a Jacuzzi in the toilet. Inside the estate, our restaurant creates a cuisine able to elaborate apulian food products and churn fine courses in the respect of traditions.
USEFUL ADVICES
Tenuta Monacelle is close to the Selva di Fasano, in an equal distance from the airports of Bari and Brindisi and 4 km from the Ss 16, which runs alongside the sea and descends towards Salento. The strategic position allows you to reach Alberobello (12 km), the Caves of Castellana (18 km), the beautiful historical centers of Monopoli, Polignano and Conversano, the Zoo Safari of Fasano (5 km).
