SUP in Polignano a Mare & Aperitif at sunset

DESCRIPTION

Stand up paddle (SUP) means to stand on a board and move using a paddle in the water. SUP is the combination of Surf and Canoe, and is synonymous with a new way of experiencing the sea.
Recognized and qualified instructors will provide participants with the basics that will allow them to get on the SUP board and learn how to row while standing.
The tour starts from a beautiful creek of white stones in the center of Polignano a Mare; we will dive into the blue waters of the Lama Monachile cliff and enjoy of a breathtaking view from the sea, having fun in reaching its sea caves, including the well-known Grotta Palazzese.
At the end of the experience and at the first light of sunset, we reach an enchanting terrace suspended between sea and sky, lying on the cliff and on the sea caves. Here, your gaze will tend to get lost together with your taste, for the delicacies you savor. It will not be just an aperitif, but an explosion of sensations!
